My Philosophy

The reason behind why I want to become an educator is because it is so fulfilling to watch and influence children in their early years. Being involved in their development and assisting them with skills they will use throughout their lives is something special and important to me. I'm a huge supporter that children learn through play, providing experiences where children can explore, create and imagine all types of things is something I hope to achieve. Each child is different they all have different minds, interests and strengths so taking this into consideration is also important when planning and providing experiences. As an educator I want all children to feel free to express themselves in the environment I'm helping create and I believe all children deserve a sense of belonging, a feeling of safety and for all their voices to be heard because with these things children can excel into their next stages of development with confidence.
