Bulahdelah Preschool is incorporated and is managed and operated by a Management Committee, selected of parents and community members.
Committee meetings are held once a term and all parents are most welcome and encouraged to become a committee member.
Yes we are. The Preschool is assessed by the Department of Education & Communities based on the ‘Education and Care Services National Regulations 2014‘ the ‘Early Years Learning Framework‘ and ‘National Quality Standards‘.
Bulahdelah Preschool aims to keep fees at a minimum, but as a non-profit organisation fees are determined in response to the centre’s operational and service fees and are reviewed regularly.

Bulahdelah Preschool embraces ‘The Early Years Learning Framework’.
The main outcomes of this curriculum framework are:
- Outcome 1: Children have a strong sense of identity.
- Outcome 2: Children are connected with an contribute to their world.
- Outcome 3: Children have a strong sense of well being.
- Outcome 4: Children are confident and involved learners.
- Outcome 5: Children are effective communicators.
‘The Early Years Learning Framework’ involves using the children’s ideas and interests to plan future activities and to research and investigate ideas. It also involves looking at each family’s heritage and ways we can help our planet.
If your have information about your child’s interests and skills to contribute to our discussions and activities, or have a special skill or activity you would like to share with the children, please let us know.
