Our Fees Policy

Bulahdelah Preschool aims to keep fees as low as possible, however as a non for profit organisation fees are determined in response to the operational costs and ongoing funding determined by the government. Fees will be reviewed regularly to ensure the sustainability and longevity of the preschool is maintained.

The State Government provides financial assistance for all children who are eligible for School the following year (regardless of whether they are going or not), as well as parents on low incomes ie: Health Care Cards.

To be eligible for subsidy relief, you must provide a copy of your Health Care Card.

Concession Holder
If your child is turning 4 years old before the 31st of July 2023 and is attending preschool for up to 2 days.

Turning 4 AfterJuly 31st 2023

$17 per day

Concession Holder
If your child is turning 4 years old after the 31st of July 2023 and is attending preschool for up to 2 days.

Non ConcessionsTurning 4 AfterJuly 31st 2023

$19 per day

Non Concession Holder
If your child is turning 4 years old after the 31st of July 2023 and is attending preschool for up to 2 days and you do not have a current Concession Card or are not of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.

Attending Preschool 2 + Days

Concession Card Holders

$19.50 per day

Concession Holder
If your child is attending preschool for more than 2 days and you have a current Concession Card or are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.

Non Concession Holder

$24.50 per day

Non Concession Holder
If your child is attending preschool for more than 2 days and you do not have a current Concession Card or are not of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.

Payments

  • A fee agreement is to be signed upon enrolment and you may elect to pay your fees weekly, fortnightly or in one lump sum.

  • Fees are to be directly transferred into the following account:

  • Fees are still payable if your child is absent from preschool.

  • If there are any changes to your child’s enrolment 2 weeks written notice must be given.

  • If you are having financial difficulties please see the Director or the Clerical Assistant to make other
    arrangements. Any such situation will be treated as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
