My Philosophy
I believe every child is unique and as an Educator I value each child's thoughts, beliefs and ideas and use each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning. I believe learning through play is important in the early years as it supports children in their development and learning. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships with children ensuring they feel safe secure and support along with their families creating strong trusting relationships to support children through their journey in the early years.Qualifications

Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Joanne and I live locally in Bulahdelah and have done so for most of my life. I also attended Bulahdelah Preschool as a child.
I have 2 children; Claire and Ajay. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my children and family and we love to go camping and especially love swimming at the beach.
